MEET AMY PELLETIER CLARK
Amy Pelletier Clark is a garden consultant, horticulturalist and educator in the heart of the Hudson Valley. A veteran designer and teacher, her stunning gardens have been admired and celebrated around the region, in both public and private settings. Amy’s hands-on love of nature and engaging with the community of all ages is what sets her apart. Amy began her journey at Stonecrop Garden in Cold Spring, New York, where she completed a two-year internship based upon the three-year Kew Diploma awarded by the School of Horticulture, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (UK). Staying on as the Education & Outreach Coordinator allowed for Amy to develop educational programs and tours, and train and supervise interns and volunteers, while practicing horticulture at its highest level. She has been a professional, private garden consultant for over a decade, while serving as a board member of the Poughkeepsie Farm Project and the Beatrix Farrand Garden at Bellefield in Hyde Park. She is a communications graduate from the University of Rhode Island, along with undergraduate studies at Marist College. She lives with her husband and two children in the garden-lush town of Rhinebeck.
